Japan meets Minnesota
“The story of it all began in Japan. When looking back at my three years study in there, I still remember the days when I walked into the Mister Donut shop on the corner of Shinjuku with my friends after school.
What led to the idea of starting Soga Mochi Donut was at the time there was no-store in my city of Minnesota offering Japanese mochi donuts, and I knew I could make the best mochi donut and introduce it to Minnesota. ”
